Appointments
We schedule patients from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on weekdays. Our office is closed on Tuesdays. Each patient is offered a fair portion of early or late appointments. Your time and convenience are important to us.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your child's appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe allow us to accommodate other patients in need of dental care

Missed or Broken Appointments
A missed or broken appointment refers to a scheduled appointment that the patient fails to attend without providing prior notification within 24 hours or cancellation. It signifies a situation where the patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment at the agreed-upon time and does not inform the healthcare provider in advance of their inability to attend. This can lead to disruptions in our schedule, wasted resources, and potential delays in providing care to other patients who may require attention during the allocated time slot. Because of this, we have the following policy in place:
- For an initial appointment that is missed, we will allow for 1 rescheduled appointment. If the second initial appointment is missed, we unfortunately will not be able to reschedule the appointment for 1 year.
- For existing patients that miss appointments, we will allow for a total of 3 missed appointments per family. After 3 total missed appointments, this may result in grounds for dismissal from the practice.
- If a sedation appointment is broken, the appointment may only be rescheduled with authorization by the doctor and anesthesia team.
If you have missed an appointment, we recommend rescheduling as soon as possible to ensure your child(ren)'s dental needs are met in a timely manner. Untreated oral health conditions can lead to pain, infection, missing school or work, possible need for hospitalization, or worse.

Financing through Cherry
Cherry is a leading patient financing solution used by medical practices to offer payment plans to their patients. Cherry financing allows you to break one-time treatment costs into smaller, more manageable monthly amounts. The simple application means it takes less than a minute for you to apply for financing and preview monthly installment options, with no impact on your credit score. The minimum payment must be greater than $200 to use Cherry.
If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer's plan, please be sure to let us know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account.
